About me

I am a design leader and UX practitioner with 12 years of experience in developing and implementing effective UX strategies across various domains and platforms.  

Currently, I lead the design of Gen-AI-based products and reporting dashboards at Ameriprise, while also focusing on design leadership and talent development.  

As a UX advocate, I apply design thinking processes with a system thinking approach and promote collaboration within teams to achieve outstanding results.  

With a master’s degree in design and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, I confidently navigate complex user challenges and guide strategic direction.
