Enhancing the advisor performance

About

The business metrics—such as clients acquired, financial plan counts, and net flows—reflect the performance of advisor practices/firms, indicating their progress toward annual goals. 


We have redesigned this experience and developed it as a PBC that can be integrated across multiple platforms.

 

As part of our new strategy, we conducted research to clearly identify the metrics and data that advisors prioritize for their businesses.  Additionally, we pinpointed opportunities for incremental engagement. 

This extensive project spanned three years and included multiple phases, ensuring comprehensive insights into advisor needs. 

Problem Scope

The current metrics are insufficient to provide a comprehensive understanding of the category's overall performance and dynamics. 


According to the findings of the survey, users are seeking an alternative arrangement or organization of the items.


Users are overlooking the specific actions they can take. 


The new design system has yet to be integrated into the current framework. 


At present, the metrics operate in isolation, limiting their effectiveness and impact. However, the objective of the upcoming redesign program is to enhance and broaden these capabilities throughout the entire application. By doing so, we aim to fully harness the potential of the metrics, ensuring they contribute significantly to improved insights and user experience.

Research goals

Deepen the understanding of the daily activities of Advisors, including their roles, responsibilities, and challenges they face in their work.  


Explore the Advisor Compass and My Practice applications, which are essential tools for Advisors, to see how the proposed solution will seamlessly integrate with these platforms.   


Utilize the survey as an initial step to launch the stakeholder meeting and brainstorming session, encouraging collaboration and idea generation among participants.  


Conduct testing of the concepts with Advisors to collect valuable feedback and insights that reflect their viewpoints and experiences, ensuring that the solution aligns with their needs.
