 As part of our new strategy, we undertook research to clearly identify the metrics and data that advisors prioritize for their businesses. Additionally, we pinpointed opportunities for incremental engagement. This extensive project spanned three years and included multiple phases, ensuring comprehensive insights into advisor needs.
