Advisors conduct Teams meetings to engage directly with their clients.  After each meeting, the advisor and their staff summarize the meeting notes and clearly outline the necessary actions to be taken for the client's accounts.  

However, this process is time-consuming, as they spend hours reviewing the notes to identify key actions.
